Delivery
When will I get my order?
Typically, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, which is then shipped out. Estimated shipping times can be viewed at checkout, but generally looks like this, give or take:
- USA: 3-4 business days
- Europe: 6-8 business days
- Australia: 2-14 business days
- Japan: 4-8 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide! Your order will usually ship from a facility closest to you, but in some cases, depending on the item, it may ship from another location. Possibly another planet. The underworld?
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check in with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Surprise charges are never fun!
I entered the wrong address. Can I fix this?
If your order has yet to ship, you can update it manually on your order status page! If the option is no longer available, you can also submit the correct address through the contact form! Please note that if your order has already shipped, changes can no longer be made. If this is the case, I would recommend contacting your local carrier to make arrangements or to have the package forwarded to the right address.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
Tracking numbers can often take up to 48 hours to start updating, or even longer around weekends, holidays, or if there's disastrous weather wreaking havoc across the land. If your tracking number still isn't updating or working after one week, let us know through the contact form.
Why is my order stuck in customs?
Please check your local tracking link for any outstanding import fees or information requests. If there aren't any, and your order remains stuck for 5+ business days, please contact the carrier/post office and let us know their response through the contact form.
My order should be here, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Before reaching out, please try the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they're holding your package hostage
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier decided they were the chosen one(s)
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor's, use the contact form for a quick resolution.
My order was returned to the sender. What do I do now?
This usually happens due to address issues, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible to stop the return and/or arrange for redelivery. If this fails, reach out to us using the contact form and include a clear description of the issue, including what you've already tried, and your correct shipping address.

How are your items made?
I work with a print-on-demand company! Because I am just a smol artist with no equipment other than my computer and drawing tablet, this fulfillment method has allowed me to bring my creations to life in the form of cozy apparel, home goodies, and more.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order is unleashed from the depths of production!
The size I ordered doesn't fit as expected, can I exchange this?
While exchanges aren't accepted, if your apparel falls outside of the allowed variation range from the size chart, we can offer either a replacement with your size of choice, or a refund. To do this, please use the contact form and include clear photos of the item's width and length measurements, taken on a flat surface, and your preferred resolution!
I received a wrong/damaged item. What do I do?
I'm so sorry if this happened to you! Luckily, a remedy exists for this unfortunate occurrence. Use the contact form and fill out your order information. Please include a clear description of the issue, photos of the item(s) in question, and photos of the barcode(s), packaging, and packaging slip. This way, a quick resolution can be provided!

What is the difference between DTG and DTF printing?
DTG (direct-to-garment) printing is the method I use for all of my t-shirts. It's soft, lightweight, breathable, and uses water-based inks! The prints feel more embedded in the fabric as the inks are jetted into it, and works best on 100% cotton apparel. I chose this method for my shirts, as DTF felt too heavy for them.
DTF (direct-to-film) printing is the method I use for my sweaters and hoodies. My art is printed onto a special transfer film using water-based inks, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed onto the apparel. I chose this method for heavier, mixed-material items for better durability and vibrancy! These prints are less breathable and feel more solid compared to DTG, but turn out way better on this apparel than DTG would.
How do I care for my apparel?
I include care instructions for each piece of apparel underneath the description in a dropdown tab! That way, you can easily find those specific instructions at any time.
Why does my apparel smell a bit... like vinegar?
This is completely normal and comes out with the first wash! This is a residual scent from pretreatment/the fixation agent, which helps the ink bond to the fabric.
